 IHOP RESTAURANT REVIEW

  

  

 IHOP is a family restaurant primarily focused on delicious breakfasts, but it also serves different types of food for lunch. This restaurant is present in the majority of the US, and slowly it has made its way to other countries, including Mexico. There are currently 3 known restaurants of this chain in Tijuana, one of which is very close to where I live, the availability of it will not affect my viewpoint of the restaurant.

First comes the ambience. When you first arrive at any given location, you may see a bunch of plants surrounding the entrance. Inside, you will have come to an establishment with an old decor style, which I personally like.

There might be a lot of TV’s in the walls, mainly reproducing movies, but when there is a sports event they broadcast it. It is most certainly clean, but, due to the pandemic, the tables are extra clean, since they will have been cleaning the tables everytime someone uses them. Overall, a pretty neat and clean environment, I would rate it a 9/10.

Then comes the food. All of the breakfasts from the menu will have come accompanied with two pancakes, you can order the pancakes only separately too. Apart from that, there are lunch meals. The food can go from $100mx to $200mx, many people may see it in the pricier side of things, but considering the size of the portion, personally I think it’s adequate. There’s also main courses, foods that will have been inspired by Mexico (but only here though), starters, and beverages. For those people, there is no alcohol unfortunately, but you may like the natural juices, coffee, tea, and other cold beverages. The meals that I have tasted have been pretty good, I would rate it a 10/10.

And finally comes the service. The personnel consists of cooks, waiters and waitresses, and receptionists. Unfortunately, the waits may be on the longer side of things. Normally there are alot of people trying to eat breakfast in the morning in these establishments, due to the high demand, there tends to be a long waiting time. But it doesn’t end there. Once you place your order,

you will have to wait again. Now, that’s normal, it takes time to prepare the food, but it’s especially long in this restaurant. On average, no matter what establishment you attend, you will have been waiting around 1-1:30 hours. Just for the waiting times I will have to rate it a 8/10.

Overall, a very pleasant experience, the food’s good, the ambience is nice, but that waiting time does seem long. Final score being a 9/10.

McDonalds Restaurant Review

In case you live under a rock and don't know what McDonalds is, i will explain it to you, McDonalds is a fast food restaurant where you can stop by and get yourself a great plate without waiting more than 10 minutes, is a restaurant where you can be with your family and is known worldwide for its flavor and prices.

You probably will have gotten on your mind this option of restaurant by the time you finish this text because you probably have gone to places like this.

They have lots of options on the menu, so, if you want to go

with your family, it should always be a good option, because you will have gone to a place where everyone must be satisfied. They have drinks, hamburgers, chicken and sandwiches, combo meals, happy meals, desserts and shakes, McCoffees, snacks and others. They have a pretty full menu, which gives you a lot of options to choose when you want to order, so that, by the time you go to the restaurant, you will have been thinking about what to order because they have a lot of meals.

Now, i have been talking about how many options they have on the menu and it's a lot but, is it worth it? We have to put in our minds that the food that they make is very fast and we can't complain a lot. In my opinion, I would give this restaurant a 4 out of 5, because it's a great meal considering the amount of time that they put into it. The establishment decoration is very comfortable and some of the McDonalds even have a playground, (and maybe they will have more)so, by the time you wait for the food, your kids will have been playing a lot and, as person who spent his childhood going to those playgrounds, I can confirm that it gives a kid so much fun and joy, however, they should upgrade the level of hygiene on the establishment, so i rate it as a 3.5 out of 5 the playground and a 4 out of 5 the establishment in general.

However, it depends if the staff is going to be kind or it will just be a boring employee, and every time that i go to a McDonalds is a common employee, nothing special. So I will rate the staff a 3 out of 5 (they must level up their mood).

Hometown Buffet Restaurant Review

The Hometown buffet is a family buffet style restaurant whose locations are mainly in the state of California, where it also seems to have had the most success since a lot of locations outside the state have unfortunately closed for, idk, reasons? So by the time you finish reading this review you will have been thoroughly convinced to eat at the very distinguished establishment for the most distinguished of gentlemen.

 

Hometown buffet has a wide variety of food, which you would think should be a given since it’s a buffet restaurant but it certainly has what I would consider a much wider variety of foods than most, all the food is warm and fresh out of the kitchen and thanks to some granny food magic stays warm for you to enjoy the minute you pick it up and put it on your plate. Surely by the time you leave you will have been eating for at least 2 hours, maybe more depending on your appetite.

Just like your favorite dish your mee-maw used to make the quality of the food at Hometown Buffet is pretty good and definitely has the charm of a home cooked meal, they must’ve asked a lot of granny’s for help, or maybe they have been eating this kind of food for a long time because they have that style nailed down, even with food that isn’t always that homemade, like pizza.

And just like a good home meal they give you a lot of bank for your buck, being able to eat as much as you want until you leave, c’mon how could you not love this place, you must have been convinced by now.

If you for some reason have not been convinced by now then this should do the trick, the hometown buffet staff have been keeping all locations squeaky clean this must convince you to eat here, and all of that while having a nice and respectful staff, after all of that being said, you could go to another restaurant, but you will probably like this one better.
